An A380 landing at the Sakhir Airbase, Sakhir, Bahrain was a first. The aircraft was brought in for the airshow organised by Farnborough International Limited of the UK. A tour on the aircraft’s First Class cabin, in pictures.
The first experience with the A380 prior to the tour was in 2009 during a flight from Dubai International to London Heathrow: Flight No. EK001. The wide-bodied aircraft felt like being in a comfortable huge auditorium. The whole flight was much quieter than most other aircraft. Stability and comfort was unmatched, even while flying economy.
